About

I am a PhD student in the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Sustainable Engineering at Arizona State University. I hold two master’s degrees from Atilim University, Turkey, and Anzali Azad University, Iran, prior to pursuing my PhD. My article focusing on the experimental performance of nanomaterials and fiber reinforcement is one of the top 10% most cited articles in engineering in the year it was published. My primary research focus is on pavement material design, advanced laboratory testing, and using environmentally friendly materials in asphalt mixtures, with an emphasis on sustainable transportation infrastructure. As part of my studies at Arizona State University, I am investigating the use of bio-based materials for pavement surface treatment, examining their impact on performance, durability, and sustainability.
